MACON, Ga. – Kennesaw State's Andy Chriscaden and USC Upstate's David Roseboom earned the Atlantic Sun Conference Baseball weekly honors, announced Monday by the league office. Chriscaden guided the Owls with his nine RBI and three home runs, while Roseboom tied a career-high with six strikeouts against FGCU.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Andy Chriscaden, Kennesaw State (1B – Sr. – Monroe, Wash. – Health and Exercise Science)

• First Career A-Sun Player of the Week award
• Went 10-for-17 at the plate and blasted three home runs
• Brought home nine batters and added three doubles
• Helped lead the Owls to four wins on the week, including a sweep of North Florida
• His 34 RBI ranks fourth in the nation

OTHER NOMINEES:

• Trey Richardson (1B, USC Upstate) - Averaged .412 at the plate with two triples and five RBI
• Brady Anderson (OF/INF/RHP, FGCU) - Totaled three hits with a .333 batting average
• Judah Akers (DH, Belmont) - Went 5-for-11 (.455) during Belmont's three-game sweep of Jacksonville, the first sweep since 2003

PITCHER OF THE WEEK:
David Roseboom, USC Upstate (SP – So. – Pattersonville, N.Y. – Business Administration)

• First Career A-Sun Pitcher of the Week
• Improved to 5-0 on the season after tossing seven scoreless innings against FGCU in the series opener
• During his 107-pitch outing, he gave up just five hits and one walk
• Tied a career-high six strikeouts against FGCU
• Had a 0.00 ERA on the week

OTHER NOMINEES:

• Will Dorsey (SP, Stetson) - Held Mercer to one run on six hits to top the Bears on Sunday
• Chase Brookshire (SP, Belmont) - Pitched seven shutout innings while striking out five against JU
• Justin McCalvin (P, Kennesaw State) - Totaled 15 strikeouts and one save on the week
• Josh Cotham (SP, Lipscomb) - Allowed just one hit against ETSU in the six innings pitched
