Tuesday, March 27, 2007 JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The University of North Florida baseball team will step out of conference play on Tuesday and head to Tallahassee for the second time this season to take on the No. 1 Florida State Seminoles. FSU won the first meeting on Feb. 27 in Tallahassee by the final score of 16-3. The Ospreys kept it close through two innings, as they tied the score at two with an RBI groundout from Jon Dandridge and an RBI double from Jimmy Glanville in the top of the second. The Seminoles began the season 23-0 before being upset last week by UNF conference rival Jacksonville by a score of 5-3 on Wednesday in Jacksonville. It will be just the second time in UNF Division I history that any athletic team is facing a No. 1-ranked opponent. Men's basketball faced No. 1 Florida earlier in November.
