Hatters Appear in Five National Baseball Polls

DELAND, Fla. - The Atlantic Sun Conference front-runner, Stetson Hatters appeared in five national baseball polls this week after sweeping Kennesaw State over the weekend.

Stetson has appeared in one of the five major national polls for six consecutive weeks. The Hatters improved to 12-3 in Atlantic Sun play and 26-7 on Tuesday night following their triumph against USF for their sixth-consecutive win.

The Hatters ranked 30th in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association, while receiving votes in the USA TODAY/ESPN Top 25 coaches' baseball polls. Stetson reached as high as 25th in the national polls this week with their 25th-place ranking in both Baseball America's and Perfect Game's Top-25 polls. Stetson also earned a 29th-place ranking in the Collegiate Baseball poll.

ETSU and Jacksonville also received votes in the NCBWA poll, while the Bucs also picked up votes in the USA Today Coaches poll.
