JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (May 14, 2011) – Sophomore Andrew Green (Powell, Tenn.) increased his hit streak to 13-games as the ETSU baseball team completed the sweep of Campbell 13-9 Saturday night giving head coach Tony Skole his 400th career victory.

The sweep is the second straight at home as the Bucs (34-17, 15-10 A-Sun) finished the home season with an eight-game home win streak. The 34 wins is the most under Skole, and is also the third most in school history behind the 1980 (39) and 1981 (44) teams.

ETSU posted the second most hits in conference play in 2011 with 18 on the night as senior Paul Hoilman (Johnson City, Tenn.) became the first Buccaneer to reach the 300-hit plateau with his single in the seventh. Hoilman went 2-for-5 in the game with an RBI.

Green and Matthew Scruggs (Knoxville, Tenn.) led the way offensively for the Bucs as they were both perfect on the night. Green went 4-for-4 at the plate with a game-high four RBI and scored two runs, while Scruggs was 3-for-3 with a homer, scored three runs and drove in two.
