MACON, Ga. - The Atlantic Sun's three 2011 NCAA Regional Participants; Stetson, Jacksonville and Belmont all picked up votes in the ESPN/USA Today Baseball Preseason Coaches Poll.

The Hatters led the way with 23 points in the voting - good for 32nd in the rankings - with the Bruins (48th) and Dolphins (54th) following behind. Stetson is the second highest ranked team from outside the “major” conferences.

The 2012 baseball season gets underway in three weeks on Feb. 17th. Stetson kicks off the slate at home vs. George Washington, while Jacksonville travels to the west coast to face Southern Cal. Belmont opens at home by hosting Evansville, Kansas and Saint Louis in the Music City Classic.
