Different Coach, Different Style - The Times-Union

When Hugh Durham announced his retirement from coaching after last season, it seemed to trigger a wave of change involving the Jacksonville University men's basketball team.

The NCAA denied starting shooting guard David Lee a sixth year of eligibility, and backup B.J. Surry left the team because of academic issues. Then starting forward Haminn Quaintance surprised his teammates by transferring to Kent State instead of returning to JU, where the junior had emerged as one of the Atlantic Sun Conference's best players.

But the biggest change came after former Georgia Tech assistant Cliff Warren was hired in late April to replace Durham.
