MACON, Ga. - Belmont head basketball coach Rick Byrd was named to College Insider's weekly honor roll as coach of the week. Belmont improved to 5-0 in the Atlantic Sun and to 11-5 overall.

This past week the Bruins racked up road victories at East Tennessee State and Kennesaw State, and tallied a home win vs. Mercer. Belmont is the defending champion of the A-Sun.

Belmont looks to go to 6-0 in the conference when they take on Stetson at 7 tonight in Nashville.
