The CSS Atlantic Sun Game of the Week package returns for a seventh season with one of the countries most competitive rivalries when Jacksonville hosts Mercer at 7:00 p.m. from the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena.

Since the start of the 2003-04 season, the two have played four overtime times. Only one series in the country, the Belmont-Lipscomb series has feature more overtime games (five) in that same span. Both schools feature strong trios in Mercer's James Florence, Daniel Emerson and Calvin Henry attempting to match Jacksonville's Ben Smith, Marcus Allen and Aaron Hardy. All six score in double figures with Emerson leading the league in rebounding, Hardy pacing the conference in field goal percentage, Smith atop in steals and Henry again ranking first in blocks.
