Tuesday, March 16, 2010 MACON, Ga. - Lipscomb's Adnan Hodzic and Jacksonville's Ben Smith earned recognition from CollegeHoops.net being named to the website's Mid-Major All-Americans with Hodzic earning second-team honors. Hodzic, the Atlantic Sun Player of the Year in the 2009-10 season, finished the regular season atop the conference in scoring at 22.5 points per game. His averages ranks as the highest in the league since Mercer’s Reggie Elliott averaged 22.6 points during the 1995-96 season. The Sarajevo, Bosnia native topped double digits in scoring in every game this season. Smith, who earned first team all-league honors, became the Dolphins’ career leader in steals in the 2009-10 season and led the Dolphins to a share of the Atlantic Sun Regular Season title and a second-consecutive trip to the postseason.
