MACON, Ga. – UNF won road contests at Kennesaw State and Mercer, sweeping the Georgia swing of the Atlantic Sun schedule for the first time in program history led by the play of Player of the Week Andy Diaz and Newcomer of the Week Parker Smith, the conference announced on Tuesday.

First A-Sun Player of the Week award
Helped lead UNF to a pair of key road wins in A-Sun play
Scored a team-high 21 at Kennesaw State and added 12 against Mercer
Had 15 points in the second half vs Kennesaw State helping UNF build a double-digit lead
Led team in rebounding in both contests
Recorded three blocks and four steals vs Owls including two swipes in closing minute
• Went 9-of-11 vs KSU and 6-for-8 vs Mercer
OTHER NOMINEES:
Travis Cohn (Sr., Jacksonville) - Scored 24 point at Kennesaw State becoming the first Dolphin to score more than 20 in a game this year; added 10 points at Mercer
Markeith Cummings (So., Kennesaw State) - Recorded had back-to-back 20 point performances in home games against UNF and Jacksonville, adding six and five rebounds, respectively
Jon House (Sr., Belmont) - Averaged 10.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in two Bruin wins. Scored a season-high 17 at ETSU including the Bruins first eight points of the game
Brian Mills (Sr., Mercer) - Led Mercer in scoring in both games last week, including a game-high 24 points in OT win against JU. Shot nearly 58 percent from the field
NEWCOMER OF THE WEEK: Parker Smith, UNF (Guard – So. – Gainesville, Ga. – Education)
Second A-Sun Newcomer of the Week award
Helped UNF win a pair of key road games at Kennesaw State and Mercer
Posted double-digit points in both games including a team best 17 vs Mercer
Hit three treys at Kennesaw State followed by a five-trey performance at Mercer
Eight of his nine baskets over the weekend were 3-point field goals
Leads the A-Sun in treys and topped season total for UNF's top 3-point shooter last season
OTHER NOMINEES:
Torrey Craig (Fr., USC Upstate) - Posted a game-high 23 points in the Spartans near upset of the Bruins; Scored a game-high 14 points on 6-for-10 shooting against Lipscomb
Chase Fieler (Fr., FGCU) - Provided a huge spark off the bench with season-highs of 14 points, seven rebounds and four assists in a win at Campbell; also added two blocked shots
Eric Griffin (Jr., Campbell) - Led CU to its largest victory margin with 13 points and 10 rebounds in an 85-55 win against Stetson. Scored 17 points, eight rebounds and four blocks vs. FGCU
