NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Belmont landed at No. 19 in the latest CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major Top 25 Poll for the week of Dec. 26. The Bruins dropped two spots from their ranking last week at 17th.

The Bruins defeated OVC preseason favorite Austin Peay last week and are 8-5 this season with a 2-0 record in the Atlantic Sun, which is tied with USC Upstate for the conference lead.

Belmont has been ranked in the top-20 in each of the Mid-Major Top 25 polls this season.

Creighton received 25 of 31 first-place votes to top the poll this week.
