MACON, Ga. - Conference play continues on Wednesday night with four league contests as well as two non-conference showdowns. Northern Kentucky and North Florida appear on ESPN3 at 7:30 PM

In other conference matchups, FGCU travels to Mercer in a contest between the top-two win teams in the A-Sun. Lipscomb looks to extend its win streak vs. Jacksonville to three. Kennesaw State hosts Stetson both in search of their first conference wins. ETSU and USC Upstate both face non-conference tests.

Northern Kentucky (2-7; 0-1) at North Florida (6-8; 1-0) - ESPN3 - 7:30 PM
• North Florida's Parker Smith has hit 238 career three pointers, which is tied for 15th most in A-Sun history.
• Northern Kentucky's Jalen Billups leads the A-Sun in blocks with 1.6 per contest.
• Smith's 3.7 three's made per game is the highest in the A-Sun since the 2005-06 season.
• The Norse defense has held its last three opponents to 53 points or less. NKU is 2-1 in those games.
• UNF's Travis Wallace is averaging 23.3 points and eight rebounds in his last four contests.
• Today's game is the 10th-straight road game to open the season for the Norse.

Stetson (3-9; 0-1) at Kennesaw State (1-12; 0-1) - ASun.TV - 5 PM
• Kennesaw State's Markeith Cummings has 1,803 career points - good for 13th in A-Sun history. He needs 23 points for 11th place.
• Stetson has three scorers in the top-10 of the A-Sun; Adam Pegg (8th; 14.3), Chris Perez (9th; 13.6) and Aaron Graham (10th; 13.5)
• KSU's Aaron Anderson owns 575 career rebounds, which is second in the A-Sun among active players.
• The Hatters lead the A-Sun in assists per game at 16.3.
• The Owls Delbert Love is the only player in the A-Sun who is a top-20 scorer (10.4; 19th) and top-five in assists (3.6; 4th).
• Stetson makes the second-most three pointers per contest in the A-Sun with 7.3 each outing.

Lipscomb (5-7; 0-1) at Jacksonville (6-8; 1-0) - ASun.TV - 7:15 PM
• Jacksonville's Glenn Powell leads the A-Sun in career rebounds with 582. He also ranks fourth this season with 7.7 RPG.
• Lipscomb's freshman Stephen Hurt leads the A-Sun in rebounding at 8.4 boards per game.
• JU's Powell needs only six points against the Bisons to reach 750 career points.
• Lipscomb is the top rebounding team in the A-Sun at 39.2 RPG with a conference-best +3.2 rebounding margin.
• With six steals, JU's Russell Powell will join Mercer's Langston Hall as the only active player with 675 points, 300 assists and 100 steals.
• Lipscomb swept the conference series last season, which included a 77-71 win in Jacksonville on Jan. 2nd, 2012.

FGCU (9-5; 1-0) at Mercer (8-6; 1-0) - ASun.TV - 7:30 PM
• Mercer is 20-2 in Hawkins Arena over the past two seasons.
• FGCU is the last team to defeat Mercer on their home court with a 62-58 victory in the A-Sun semifinals last year.
• Mercer owns the top defense in the A-Sun as they allow only 55.4 points per game.
• The Eagles enter the Mercer contest with the conference's top offense at 71 points per game.
• The Bears' Daniel Coursey owns 106 career blocks, which is third-most among active players.
• FGCU's Bernard Thompson leads the conference in steals at 3.1 per game, which is fifth-most in the nation.

VCU (10-3) at ETSU (2-10) - ASun.TV - 7 PM
• ETSU's Lester Wilson is tied with UNF's Parker Smith for third in the A-Sun in scoring at 15.5 PPG.
• Since his return, ETSU's Jarvis Jones is averaging 15.2 points and 3.4 steals in his five games played.

Hampton (2-9) at USC Upstate (5-7) - ASun.TV - 7:30 PM
• USC Upstate's Torrey Craig has 1,212 career points. He needs 11 vs. Hampton to crack the top-75 in A-Sun history.
• The Spartans have won 11-straight home games - tied with UNI and Mississippi Valley State for 16th longest in the nation.
