MACON, Ga. – Mercer secured an overtime victory over FGCU to improve to 2-0 in conference play and 9-6 overall. Stetson, Jacksonville and Northern Kentucky also landed conference wins, while USC Upstate defeated non-conference opponent Hampton.

Lipscomb freshman Stephen Hurt racked up 30 points and 11 rebounds for the most in tonight's contests. Northern Kentucky's Chad Jackson grabbed 21 points and 5 steals to lead the Norse to their first A-Sun conference win.
