Thursday, January 17, 2013 MACON, Ga. – Thursday's action saw Stetson claim the sole possession of first place in the Atlantic Sun Men's Basketball standings after its fourth-straight conference win. Also picking up wins were Mercer at home and USC Upstate as well as Lipscomb in road contests. LU's Deonte Alexander led all scorers with 29 points in the overtime victory at FGCU, while the Spartans Jodd Maxey pulled down a conference-high 13 rebounds in a win at Kennesaw State. Mercer's Langston Hall nearly posted a triple-double with 13 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds against ETSU.
