MACON, Ga. – Stetson's Sam Ryder ran away with the Mission Inn Classic title with a seven-stroke victory and a three-day total of 211 to earn him the Atlantic Sun Men's Golfer of the Week honor, announced Wednesday by the league office.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Sam Ryder, Stetson (Sr. – Longwood, Fla. – Finance)
• First Career A-Sun Golfer of the Week honor; first for Stetson since Nov. 2008
• Fired a 5-under, 211, at Mission Inn Classic to win first place
• Marked his fourth-career tournament title and second at the El Campeon Course
• Won by seven strokes with help of back-to-back 69s in final two rounds

OTHER NOMINEES:
• Kevin Alywin, North Florida: Tied for 10th at Isleworth Collegiate Invitational in a field of 11 Top-50 Programs
• Brandon Pena, FGCU: Took runner-up honors at Mission Inn Fall Classic with a 2-over, 218
