A-Sun Indoor Season Gets Underway this Weekend

MACON, Ga. - The 2011-12 Atlantic Sun Indoor Track & Field schedule begins this weekend with four programs in action at various sites.

On the men's side, four teams are in action including defending A-Sun Indoor Champions, ETSU. The Buccaneers travel to Boone, N.C. for the Appalachian Collegiate Indoor, while three women's teams start their seasons at three different meets.

Kennesaw State, the 2011 A-Sun Men's Outdoor Champions, treks to the SIU Fast Start Meet in Carbondale, Ill., and are joined by Belmont's men's squad. Both USC Upstate squads begin their season at nearby Clemson, S.C. with the Orange & Purple Winter Classic.

The 2012 Atlantic Sun Indoor Track & Field Championship is set for February 11-12 in Johnson City, Tenn. at ETSU's MSHA Athletics Center.
