Regular season Atlantic Sun Conference champion Campbell added to their 2005 hardware collection after receiving an NSCAA Team Academic Award.

The honor is handed out by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America to every team that posts a 3.0 grade point average or better.

The Camels were the only A-Sun school to nab the award and one of just 65 men's soccer programs in the nation across all classifications to earn the honor.
