BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb released its 2006 soccer schedule, with seven home games and eleven road games including two of them coming against the University of South Carolina and North Carolina State.

The 2006 season will beign on Friday, August 25, as the Bulldogs will take on High Point University and then Winthrop University on August 26, as Gardner-Webb plays host to the Jako Classic, which the Bulldogs one last season.

Gardner-Webb will then be on the road for their next four matches as the ‘Dogs face Big South foe Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. on Friday, September 1, and then travel to Greenville, S.C. to compete in the Furman Tournament on September 8-10. There GWU will take on both Coastal Carolina and Furman. The Bulldogs will then stay on the road as they will do battle with Appalachian State in Boone, N.C. on September 13.
