Monday, June 26, 2006 JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The North Florida men's soccer team will get plenty of early season tests as it opens the 2006 campaign with three tournaments and seven consecutive road matches in the first three weeks of play. "We are very pleased with our 2006 slate," UNF head coach Ray Bunch said. "I feel our matches will be very competitive and allow us to improve in our second season at the Division I level." The Ospreys will kick off of their regular season at the Gardner-Webb Tournament against Winthrop on Aug. 25 at 4 p.m., and battle High Point the following afternoon at 2 p.m. UNF will start the month of September at the Jacksonville University Tournament against former A- Sun member Georgia State on Sept. 3, and square off with Central Arkansas on Monday, Sept. 4, at 11:30 a.m. |
