Gardner-Webb vs No. 9 Clemson Postponed to Thursday

CLEMSON, S.C. - The Gardner-Webb vs. Clemson NCAA second round tournament Men's Soccer match scheduled for this Wednesday night at 6:00 pm has been postponed due to inclement weather. The match will be played at 12:00 noon on Thursday.
The Bulldogs look to become the first A-Sun team to win twice in the NCAA's since Jacksonville in 1998.
The Bulldogs advanced passed No. 23 UAB in the first round winning in penalty kicks, 3-1, while the Tigers are seeded ninth in the tournament and received a first-round bye.
The Tigers and the Bulldogs will tangle for the fifth time in both men’s soccer programs history with the Tigers having never lost to the Bulldogs, holding a 4-0-0 record over Setzer’s squads.
