MACON, Ga. – North Florida's Daniel Sotomarino picks up his first-career Player of the Week Honors after going undefeated on the week, announced Wednesday by the league office. Sotomarino picked up two wins at the No. 3 singles position and one win at No. 1 doubles.

MEN'S PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Daniel Sotomarino, North Florida (Jr. – Lima, Peru; Business Management)
• First Career A-Sun Player of the Week award
•Won 6-4, 6-1 at No. 3 singles over UCF's Mario Samson and then had a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Florida Atlantic's Will Neuner
• Captured an 8-4 No. 1 doubles win with partner Norbert Nemcsek over Florida Atlantic's Taylor Albrecht and Will Neuner
• Sotomarino and Neuner doubles match was the first they played at No. 1 doubles
•Went 2-0 at No. 3 singles and 1-0 at No. 1 doubles
