Julin Leads Hatters to 2-0 Start; Earns #ASunMTen Award

MACON, Ga. – Stetson's Simon Julin started conference play in the Atlantic Sun with two singles victories to help the Hatters to a 2-0 start in league play and 10-1 overall as he claimed the Atlantic Sun Men's Tennis Player of the Week.

  • First Career A-Sun Player of the Week honor
  • Went 2-0 in singles play with matches at No. 2 and No. 3
  • Posted wins vs. Lipscomb and Northern Kentucky to improve to 10-0 this year
  • Helped Hatters to two conference wins to tie for first in the league
  • Added a 2-1 record in doubles play with Didrik Berg
OTHER NOMINEES:
  • Daniel Sotomarino (Sr., North Florida) - Led Ospreys to 2-0 start with two sweeps vs. KSU and Mercer
