MACON, Ga. – Florida Gulf Coast racked up a 3-1 record in four matches last week, which included a 3-0 mark at No. 1 singles, and also notched a 4-0 doubles record, to help the Eagles to a pair of victories. On Friday, the sophomore earned his first career Player of the Week the conference office announced.
Kam went undefeated in doubles with partner Brenton Bacon at the #1 position and was also perfect in singles at #1, going 3-0. He suffered his only loss in #2 singles on Saturday. The Singapore native won all three matches at #1 in straight sets.
