Gardner-Webb's Jamall Kinard's ejection from the baseball game versus Stetson on Saturday, March 15, 2008 calls for a standard minimum penalty under Conference Policy.
Since the ejection occurred in a conference contest the suspension shall be served in the next scheduled conference contest, set for Thursday, March 20, 2008 vs Lipscomb. In addition, Kinard will be on probation for the remainder of the 2008 season. Any further unsporting conduct or violation may result in a single-game or multi-game suspension.
