The seeds are set for the upcoming 2007 Atlantic Sun Championship presented by Coca-Cola following Stetson's sweep of Jacksonville. The Hatters claimed the top seed in the six-team tournament hosted by Stetson at Patricia Wilson Field on May 10-12.

Gardner-Webb received the two seed and will face No. 5 Campbell in the opening round while No. 3 ETSU faces No. 4 Lipscomb. Sixth-seeded Mercer fills the final spot in the championship after finishing the season by winning seven of their final 14 games to rebound from a frustrating start to the season.
