FORT MYERS, Fla. - At a banquet Thursday from the Embasy Suites Hotel, the Atlantic Sun honored the All-Conference teams, the year-end superlatives and handed Lipscomb its regular-season championship trophy.

Five members of the seven-player All-Atlantic Sun First Team attended the luncheon in Lipscomb's middle hitter Alex Kelly and setter Jake Pease; Belmont's outside hitter Maggie Johnson; FGCU's outside hitter Jelena Simic and Campbell's middle blocker Ashley Weers.

Kelly and her head coach, Brandon Rosenthal left with the A-Sun's Player and Coach of the Year awards and the Lady Bisons received their regular-season championship trophy.

A-Sun Championship play begins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays with Johnson and her Bruins taking on the Kennesaw State Owls - a team making their first Championship appearance.
