ETSU's Devine Hits Her Way to Player of the Week

MACMACON, Ga. – Megan Devine led ETSU to a league-best three wins in the first weekend of play to earn Atlantic Sun Conference’s first volleyball Player of the Week nod, announced Monday by the league office.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Megan Devine, ETSU
(Sophomore – Outside Hitter – Kingsport, Tenn. – Exercise Science)
  • First A-Sun Player of the Week award
  • Named All-Tournament at the UNCG Invitational.
  • Matched a career-high with 22 kills in win against UNC Greensboro, one of two 20-kill matches.
  • Posted a pair of double-doubles.
  • For the week, hit .261 and averaged 4.18 kills per set.
OTHER NOMINEES:
  • Jamie Lundstrom, Belmont – Set Curb Event Center record with 40 digs against Sacramento State
  • Brittany Muse, FGCU – Hit .377 for the week at the NCCU Tournament
  • Anna Budinska, UNF – Named All-Tournament at UCF Classic
  • Kaycee Green, Lipscomb – Tabbed All-Tournament at the Flo Hyman Collegiate Cup
  • Emily Sanders, USC Upstate – Named to the Marriott Cavalier Classic All-Tournament team
