ETSU Reclaims Sole Possession Of First Place In A-Sun Race

Kennesaw, Ga. -- The Lady Bucs got back on the winning track Monday night, downing Kennesaw State, 69-55, in the A-Sun/CSS Game of the Week. ETSU improves to 10-4, 6-1 in the Atlantic Sun, while KSU drops to 2-11, 2-5 in conference, despite a game-high 18 points, and 17 rebounds from Shavonder Clarke. Ngoneh Gaye was the second highest point producer for the Lady Owls, chipping in 13 points and eight boards.

B.J. Banjo led the way for ETSU with 15 points, followed by Candace Gibson with 14. Nichelle Akers also tallied double digits, netting 11 points.
