The second of five regionally televised A-Sun women's basketball games on CSS pits Jacksonville against Gardner-Webb. The Dolphins took back to back wins over Stetson and Mercer with junior foward Ashley Williams tallying double-doubles in three of the last four outings. Gardner-Webb knocked off Lipscomb last week to become one of four teams tied for fourth place in the league.

A-Sun Notables

FOUR AT FOURTH
With nine games down, and nine to go, the A-Sun race is starting to tighten. Four teams are tied for fourth place at 4-5. Kennesaw State, Gardner-Webb, UNF and Stetson each are scrambling to move up the standings.

SO CLOSE
Reigning A-Sun Player of the Year Alysha Clark is only 100 points away from reaching 1000 career point plateau. She scored 599 points in her rookie campaign. The sophomore foward helped Belmont remain undefeated in league play over the weekend notching league wins over Gardner-Webb and Campbell and adding 40 points and 19 boards to her tally. At 9-0, the Bruins are off to their best start in ever in conference play and are winners of their last eight games.

BLOCK PARTY
Gardner-Webb's Brittany Harmon tied the school record for blocks in a game when she swatted seven against Lipscomb. She added a career-high 19 points to help the Bulldogs take the 66-59 victory.
