The ladies of the Atlantic Sun take to the court in the second of five regionally televised A-Sun women's basketball games on CSS. This week's matchup pits Jacksonville against Gardner-Webb. Tip-off is slated for 9:00 pm. Justin Cazana will call the action while Charlene Curtis will provide color analysis.

The Dolphins have won the seven of their last eight games and have taken six of their nine A-Sun games this season. Junior Ashley Williams earned A-Sun “Player of the Week honors for the second time this season after tallying doubledoubles against Stetson (23 pts., 11 rbs.) and Mercer (18 pts., 14 rbs.). She now has 11 career double-doubles, including three in the last three games.

The Gardner-Webb women’s basketball team is coming off one of its best overall games statistics-wise since moving to Division I. The Bulldogs’ game against Lipscomb was not only the team’s best-ever in terms of blocks (15), but it also shattered the A-Sun Conference mark for blocks in a game.
