MACON, Ga. – FGCU and Stetson both appeared in this week's CollegeInsider.com Women’s Mid-Major Top 25 poll, announced on Tuesday evening.

The Eagles remained at No. 4 in the rankings, while the Hatters made their first appearance in the poll this season in the 25th spot.

Green Bay, Delaware and Gonzaga are the three teams ranked higher than the Eagles in this week’s poll.

The women's Mid-Major Top 25 is comprised of teams from the America East, Atlantic Sun, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, Colonial, Great West, Horizon, Independents, Ivy, Metro Atlantic, Mid-American, Mid-Eastern, Missouri Valley, Northeast, Ohio Valley, Patriot, Southern, Southland, Southwestern, Summit, Sun Belt and West Coast Conference.
