MACON, Ga. – Kennesaw State earned its first conference win as Sametria Gideon tallied her 1,000th career rebound to become the ninth student-athlete to also tally 1,000 career points in A-Sun history.

Mercer pushed its win streak to seven games, while ETSU and USC Upstate also earned wins on Monday. The Spartans' Tee'Ara Copney led all scorers with 23 points.
