MACON, Ga. - No. 2 seeded Stetson pulled away for a 66-55 win over No. 7 seed ETSU in the 2013 General Shale Atlantic Sun Women's Basketball Championship Quarterfinal.
The Hatters went into halftime down a point but rallied back in the second half with the leadership of their season's top-point scorers.
Stetson's big three scorers combined for a total of 53 of the Hatters 66 points. Second Team All-Conference members, Sasha Sims and Shanasa Sanders landed 18 points a piece, while first-team selection Victoria McGowan poured in 17 points of her own.
Stetson has won nine of their last ten in Hawkins Arena with their only loss coming in last year's A-Sun Championship finale.

McGowan, the league's three-point field goal leader this season, registered three from behind the arc for the Hatters. Senior Sanders registered seven rebounds and four steals to give the Hatters the edge.
After tonight's performance, McGowan has recorded 1,492 career points and ranks No. 24 in the A-Sun record books.
Stetson picked up its defensive efforts in the second half recording 20 rebounds and four blocks in the half, while limiting the Bucs to just 26 points.
ETSU's Destiny Mitchell landed the game-high 23 points, while teammate Serena Clark pulled down nine boards to lead all players.
The Hatters will make their third-consecutive semifinal appearance against the winner of No. 3 Mercer and No. 6 Jacksonville.
Stetson has won nine of their last seven games and advance to 22-8 on the season. The Buccaneers conclude their season with a 8-18 record.
