MACON, Ga. – Lipscomb’s Dani Walker finished second at the Chattanooga Powerade Invite to help the Lady Bisons to the meet victory and earn her first career Atlantic Sun Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week honor.

WOMEN’S RUNNER OF THE WEEK:
Dani Walker, Lipscomb (So. – Wichita, Kan. – Kinesiology)

  • First Career Runner of the Week award
  • Finished second at the Chattanooga Powerade Invite out of 55 runners
  • Recorded a time of 11:13 in the two-mile race
  • Led the Lady Bisons to the meet victory with her second top-10 finish of the year
