Danielle Graham has signed to compete in track and field for Lipscomb University.
Graham participated in the long jump and triple jump for Ezell-Harding Christian
School. She was the Class A-AA Tennessee State champion with a triple jump of
36 feet. She placed fifth in the state in the long jump. She also broke the
school record in both events, recording a 16-foot, nine inch long jump.
"I chose Lipscomb because of the Christian environment, excellent academics
and great athletics," Graham said.
Graham was also recruited by Vanderbilt, the University of the South-Sewanee
and Birmingham-Southern College.
She plans on majoring in pre-med.
Graham is the daughter of Melinda Yearwood-Graham and Steve Graham of Antioch.
