Macon, Ga. -- Jacksonville's Natasha Harvey finished in the top-five in two
events, and earned Atlantic Sun Athlete of the Week today.
The freshman from West Haven, Conn., finished third for collegians int he 55-meter
dash, posting a personal best of 8.20 and ranked second in the long jump with
a mark of 19-04.75.
Harvey is majoring in Physical Education.
The Atlantic Sun Athlete of the Week is announced every Wednesday during the
2005 cross country season.
The 11-member league headquartered in Macon, Ga., consists of Belmont, Campbell,
ETSU, Florida Atlantic, Gardner-Webb, Jacksonville, Kennesaw State, Lipscomb,
Mercer, North Florida and Stetson.
