• Jacksonville, ETSU and Belmont sit at the top of the Atlantic Sun Women's Soccer standings through two weeks of conference play. The Dolphins lead the way with 10 points, while the Lady Bucs and Bruins are tied for second with nine points. JU hosted the 2010 A-Sun Championship and would become only the third team in A-Sun history to host the championship in back-to-back seasons joining Kennesaw State (2006-09) and UCF (1998-99).
• ETSU is off to a 3-0 start for the first time in the program's 15-year history and it comes under first-year head coach Adam Sayers. Sayers and the Lady Bucs have two four-game winning streaks this season and are the A-Sun's most explosive offense ranking 13th in the nation with 2.64 goals per game.
• Three A-Sun student-athletes rank in the top-75 nationally for points per game with Kennesaw State's Katrina Frost leading the way at 1.67 - good for 47th. ETSU's Jenna Caudle (1.5; 67th) and Genna Petersen (1.45; 75th) also appear in the top-75. On the other side, four A-Sun goalkeepers appear in the top-100 nationally for goal against average. JU's Sarah Sierra leads all of the A-Sun with a 0.73 GAA for 38th, while ETSU's Caitlin Gaughan (0.81; 52nd), Mercer's Cagney Valloch (0.94; 81st) and FGCU's Stephanie Powers (0.94; 83rd) complete the list.

• Since Oct. 18th, 2009, FGCU gone on a 16-game unbeaten streak in conference games. During that span, the Eagles are 13-0-3 and have scored 35 goals, while only yielding three. Only three teams have longer win streaks in the history of the A-Sun; UCF - 24 (1996-2000), FAU - 18 (2004-05) and Kennesaw State - 17 (2006-07). The Eagles will look to extend the streak this weekend when they travel to Georgia to take on Mercer and Kennesaw State.
• North Florida's sophomore duo of Carolina Lencina, the A-Sun Player of the Week, and Lauren Hopfensperfer, the 2010 A-Sun Freshman of the Year, have been wreaking havoc in conference play the past two seasons. Hopfensperger leads the A-Sun with most points in conference games since 2010 with 21 (10G, 1A), while Lencina ranks right behind her in second with 20 (8G, 4A). This season, Lencina leads the way with six points early into league play, while Hopfensperger is tied for second with Stetson's Alyssa Welsh and ETSU's Genna Peterson and Taylor Maxson.
