Atlantic Sun's Women's Tennis Season Starts Up this Weekend

MACON, Ga. - Four Atlantic Sun teams begin play this weekend with FGCU hosting the FGCU Invitational and Lipscomb at 15th-ranked Vanderbilt.

ETSU, the defending A-Sun Champions, are also ready to begin play, opening their season on Monday Jan. 16 at 14th-ranked Clemson. The Lady Bucs have claimed two of the last three A-Sun Championships. Last season's A-Sun Championship Runner-up, North Florida, begins its season this weekend at the FGCU Invitational as well.

This year, 10 of the 29 members of last year's All-Conference Team are set to return. ETSU hosts the 2012 Atlantic Sun Tennis Championships from April 20-22 in Johnson City, Tenn.
