MACON, Ga. - The no. 2 Stetson women's tennis squad edged no. 3 Campbell, 4-3, in Friday's final semifinal. The Hatters (17-9) were A-Sun runner-up in 2005 and will look to avenge last season's loss to FAU when they face East Tennessee State in tomorrow's championship match.

Two-time A-Sun Player of the Week Catherine Canady clinched the victory for Stetson with a three-set victory over Campbell's Anita Dajc. Samantha Lange, also a two-time Player of the Week, won at number six singles for the Hatters.

Mili Milovanovic (no. 1) also registered a win for Stetson over Scarlet Alfonzo 6-1, 6-4.

In doubles' play, Anna Lennenko/Canady and Milovanovic/St. Clair earned the doubles' point. The Fighting Camels finished 13-8 overall.

Stetson will battle no. 1 East Tennessee State in Saturday's final. The match is slated for 2 p.m.
