MACON, Ga. - Campbell's Liza Bensimon went undefeated in six matches last week, and won all three singles matches in straight sets. Her three doubles wins also helped the Camels win the doubles point in each of their three matches last week as well, and on Friday she won her first career Atlantic Sun Player of the Week Award the conference office announced.
Bensimon went 3-0 in singles action and 3-0 in doubles action last week, as Campbell defeated Charleston Southern and Winston-Salem State, but fell to Coastal Carolina. Her 6-3, 6-2 win versus Nazli Kutuk at No. 5 singles clinched the Camels 4-3 victory against Charleston Southern. A winner of seven-straight singles matches, the junior is 10-1 on the year and 3-0 in spring duals. From the doubles position, the Toulouse, France native sports a 7-2 mark on the year, 4-0 in spring duals.

Jordan Vaughn, Florida Gulf Coast (Fr. – Undecided) – Went 2-0 in FGCU's first A-Sun match. Teamed with Maria Braniecka to win 8-3 at #1 doubles. Picked up FGCU's lone singles win at #4 singles knocking off Natalie Gorham of Stetson 6-3, 6-3.
