MACON, Ga. - Lipscomb swept the Atlantic Sun Women's Track and Field Performer of the Week Honors of the season, announced Wednesday by the league office, as Katie Bunker and April Terry claimed the honors.

TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK:
Katie Bunker, Lipscomb (So. – Middle Distance – Cedarville, Ohio – Chemistry)

First Career A-Sun Track Athlete of the Week honor
Won the 800-meter run at the Boston Moon Classic
Set a personal-best 2:14.28 mark in the event
Beat the field by more than a half second

FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK:
April Terry, Lipscomb (Fr. – Throws – Little Rock, Ark. – Psychology)

Second Career A-Sun Field Athlete of the Week award; Second of the season
Runner-up in the shot put (39'9.75) at the Boston Moon Classic
Also placed second in the hammer throw (145'2)
Eclipsed previous school record in hammer throw by nearly five feet
